After thousands of years of evolution, pen and paper is still the
best way to collect, store and distribute information. With Anoto
functionality ordinary pen and paper is now connected to the endless
possibilities of digital communication. Anything written or drawn
can be sent via Graphical SMS, E-mail or Fax from anywhere to anyone.
How it works
Your digital pen has the look and feel of an ordinary ballpoint
pen and you use it in exactly the same way. A tiny digital camera
next to the nib takes over 50 pictures per second and a clever built-in
processor developed by Anoto stores every one of your pen's movements
on the page.
This is made possible by a pattern of tiny dots printed in a very
light grey on the Anoto enabled paper which allow the pen to work out
exactly where it is on the page at any given time.
Once in the pen the information can be transmitted through a USB
connection to a computer or via your mobile phone as an email, fax
or SMS to anywhere in the world. The contents of that message will be
exactly what you have written.
If you have got to grips with what the digital pen coupled with Anoto
enabled paper can do then read on...if not please click
here and let us know and we will contact you to arrange a free
demonstration.
What we do
We believe that the real power of digital pen and paper lies in
the form design. The paper that is used with the pen can be specially
designed to look like any form for any business. Information that
is then written on the form with a digital pen can be transmitted
into computer software and integrated to your choice of system.
This presents a huge cost saving for any company that has a need
to process paper forms with the added bonus of greatly increased
information accuracy. KISS specialise in the design of forms and
the integration of the information taken from those forms into your
systems to maximise the benefits that this exciting new technology
offers. Any form you use can be enabled for use with a digital pen
which will release your handwritten information into the digital
world.
Please contact us for an informal chat or to arrange a meeting
to explore these possibilities.
