Prices

Places are priced at £299.00. This is exclusive of VAT but inclusive of lunch, refreshments and supportive course material (including your own Superbox).

Our courses include 100 units, per person, of our CUSP Support product. This is made available to ensure adequate post-training backup for the material covered in the course, and may be used at any time in the ensuing two year period. Further details of our CUSP Suport product are available here.

Course Objectives

To introduce resellers to the Digital Pen and Paper Opportunity.

To introduce the various products currently available.

To illustrate and define why the "Superbox" is so important commercially.

To illustrate why the Nokia pen is so important from both a technology and branding viewpoint.

To explore comparative products and technologies honestly, highlighting differences (OCR/Scanners, Tablet PCs, "Laser" pens, Digitising Tablets).

To enable resellers from a technical viewpoint.

To make resellers aware of the support available to them, and educate them on the resources to hand.

To train them in use of the contents of the "Superbox".

To train them in the details of selling a "Superbox" solution (including airtime sign-up to a GPRS provider, Pen Mail sign-up and phone pairing).

To illustrate ways in which traditional revenue streams for the channel can be expanded. To show how, for instance, computer resellers can gain a consumable business from selling paper products and airtime.

Training Course Package Contents

As well as reseller status, attendees will receive:-

1 x "Trial" Superbox (for demos and resellers own use)

1 x Course as outlined in the Course Objectives above - course itinerary supplied as part of booking confirmation process

1 x 9 unit discount voucher (allowing attendees to purchase 9 units at a discounted rate for resale)

1 x Package of presentation materials (Powerpoint show from Nokia, graphics, copy of Anoto "From Vision to Reality" CD, Support booklet including contacts for consumable distributors, etc)

1 x Letter of Reseller Certification from Anoto

1 x Letter of Reseller Certification from Nokia

1 x Anoto Liaison Partner Access to Web site (primarily allows access to POS material and general press announcements)

1 x Reseller Technical Support package over and above the one in the box.

Course Requirements

Complete and submit Liaison Partner Application through a letter to the course provider

Provide Anoto with description of purpose of partnership and plan of action

No financial commitment beyond the course attendance fee

Terms and Conditions

Bookings

Course charges start at £299.00 per person per day. All bookings must be confirmed by post, fax or e-mail before they are accepted.

Fees

All charges for training courses are exclusive of VAT at current rates and are payable in advance. Account customers should make payment according to their specified credit arrangements. Keep It Simple Software (UK) Ltd. shall not be liable to refund to the customer, the training charge in respect of students who fail to attend without providing notice within the period stated below, or, for any loss, damage or loss of profits caused thereby.

Cancellation

Should the customer wish to cancel any training class booked they must do so in writing and Keep It Simple Software (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to levy a cancellation charge at the following rates: -

Period of cancellation prior to course start date Cancellation Charge
Over two weeks No charge
1-2 weeks notice 30% of bill
3 days - 1 week 50% of bill
2 days notice 75% of bill
Less than 2 days notice 100% of bill


Keep It Simple Software (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the training classes if it is unable to provide them at the agreed time as a result of any unforeseen circumstances beyond it's reasonable control but not limited to sickness or disability of the Training Officer or an insufficient number of enrolled students to make the training classes viable, whereupon Keep It Simple Software (UK) Ltd. shall offer an alternative to the arranged course or refund the amount of its charges if already paid by the customer. Otherwise Keep It Simple Software (UK) Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage, which arises as a result thereof.

Keep It Simple Software (UK) Ltd reserves the right to alter its prices, terms and course content (subject to items beyond our contro) without notification. All prices quoted are valid for a period of 30 days from date of posting.
